Tea, Dumplings, and a Little Zen🥟
There’s something about making dumplings that quiets my mind.
Folding each one by hand, pressing the edges just right—it becomes a little ritual. A moment to focus. A moment to breathe. Honestly, it feels like Zen in the kitchen.
I love cooking because it gives me space to concentrate on something simple but meaningful. And while I fold each dumpling, I always imagine someone biting into it with a smile. Maybe it’s family, maybe friends—but that warm, happy moment is what keeps me folding.
Now, I know I sell Japanese green tea—grassy, toasty, cozy cups of Green tea and Hojicha.
But when it comes to Chinese food like dumplings… let’s be honest—nothing beats a good oolong or jasmine tea.
It just works. (Green tea, please don’t be jealous.)
So this is my quiet joy—dumplings made with care, tea poured with love, and the peaceful feeling that comes from doing something with intention.
