Vegan

Dear my Vegan Friend🄬

Do we Japanese have many Vegan? No.

Most of Japanese people don't even know what the Vegan means. Vegitarian, neither.

As my experience of having Vegan friends, it's very difficulrt to find places of Vegan friendly.

So we always ended up eating in my house, which actually worked. I myself find very intersting in cooking Vegan food. It has to be more processed since those vegitables and soy are not as flavorful as meat and fish. If we are cooking those meats, salt and pepper would be enough to absouve thire own flavors.Ā

That's what I found out that those vegan or Vegitarian food can get along with Green Tea because of their delicate flavors. It's no doubt that those green tea belong to the Japanese Cuisine that has sophisticated taste of the ingredients.

When we share a pot of tea, it feels like the perfect match. A moment of quiet appreciation—for food, for life, and for each other.
