Is Inuyama tea grown with any pesticides?
Our tea has been grown without using any Pesticides or GMOs.
Is Inuyama tea organic?
Inuyama tea is 100% Pesticide-free. However it's not certified organic yet.
To keep it fresh after opening
Please zip it tight and drink it all in a couple of months.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We currently don't offer gift wrapping, but we're open to adding this feature based on customer interest.

Do I have to create an account to buy a product?
You can check out as a guest if you prefer. Just enter your information manually on the checkout page. or use the autofill feature of your preferred payment method.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
At the moment, we don’t offer bulk or wholesale options. Our teas are lovingly crafted in small batches by a family-run farm, and production is intentionally limited to preserve quality and care in every leaf. We truly appreciate your interest and support for our artisanal approach.
Can I pre-order a product that’s out of stock?
We’re sorry, but we don’t currently offer pre-orders for out-of-stock items. Since our teas are harvested in small, seasonal batches, we want to ensure that every order is fulfilled fresh and with care. We recommend signing up for our newsletter to be the first to know when your favorites are back!
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your package hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help! Just send us a message at info@teaatjapan.com as soon as possible, and we’ll see what we can do. We're always happy to assist.

Do you ship outside of USA?
Unfortunately, not at the moment.
How long does it take until my order is shipped?
It takes 4 to 5 business days to prepare orders prior to shipping.
Shipping Charges and Free Shipping
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10.00 USD for all orders up to $59.00 USD.
Where does it to be shipped from?
All orders are shipped directly from Japan, straight from Inuyama to your doorstep. We take great care in packaging each order so you can enjoy our teas just as they were meant to be—fresh and full of flavor.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location and your country’s customs process. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its journey from Japan to you.
Which courier do you use for shipping?
We ship all orders with FedEx to ensure fast, reliable, and trackable delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way from our farm in Japan to your home.
